Plans, the trial and billing
Every plan is paid and starts with a 7-day trial. What each plan includes, how to change it, and what happens when a payment fails.

The plans
- Pro: $79 a month, 3 live accounts included, $15 a month for each extra live account.
- Commander: $199 a month, 10 live accounts included, $12 a month for each extra live account.
- Yearly billing costs 10 months: $790 a year for Pro, $1,990 for Commander.
- A dedicated IP per account: $8 per account a month, on top of your own dedicated trading IP.
- Desk: More than 25 accounts, an IP per account and a support agreement. Priced with you; email [email protected].
- There is no free plan. Demo accounts never count towards live accounts, so you can try everything on exchange demo accounts first.
Start a plan
- 01
Open Plan and billing
From your account menu, open Plan and billing.
- 02
Pick the period
Choose Monthly or Yearly at the top of the plans.
- 03
Start the 7-day trial
Choose Start 7-day trial on Pro or Commander and add a card on Stripe's hosted checkout. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. One trial per customer.
- 04
Add seats if you need them
Under Extra live accounts and Dedicated IPs, change the counts and confirm. Changes are prorated.
Change, cancel and invoices
- Manage billing opens Stripe's customer portal: switch plan or period, update the card, cancel, and download invoices.
- Cancelling keeps the plan to the end of the period you paid for.
- Got a code from TradeSurge? Redeem it on the same page under Have a code?.
- Card details stay with Stripe; they never reach TradeSurge's servers.
When a payment fails or a plan ends
- Payment failed: everything keeps working while Stripe retries the card, and a banner asks you to Fix your card.
- Unpaid, cancelled or no plan: the account becomes read-only. No new trades, copies or keys; your data stays.
- Exits always work: closing, flattening, the kill switch, cancelling orders and moving stops are never blocked, and Breach Guard keeps protecting open positions until they're flat.
